Carson and I have been doing it long enough that we feel comfortable doing most different types of services for people. If we have a challenging case, something we think is going to be difficult and challenging for us, or we think that the person would be more comfortable in a different setting, say with a specialist, we're pretty good about identifying those people and discussing that with people and giving them that option of being referred if it's going to be a challenging or difficult case.
